Graph Dashboard
Spatium features a graph dashboard specially designed to clearly and neatly display your organization’s key performance indicators.
From this dashboard, you can view multiple graphs at once, giving you a panoramic understanding of your strategies, projects, and internal processes. This centralized view helps you make informed decisions without having to review each element individually.
Create a new graph
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Create a new graph".
Enter the name of your graph.
Then choose the type of graph you want: line, bar, pie, or donut.
Also select the graph style that best suits your needs:
- Simple: the most straightforward option
- Combined: lets you merge several graphs into one view
- Comparative: ideal for contrasting multiple graphs side-by-side
Optionally, you can choose the color of your graph from the available palette.
Once your setup is complete, click to start.
Add values to the graph
Click on "Add a new value" to begin feeding data into your graph.
In the window that appears, enter:
- The date of the value
- The numeric value you want to display
- And optionally, the target you'd like to reach for that date
You'll see the graph update automatically.
You can continue adding as many values as needed.
Customize scale and unit
On the right-hand side, you can set the minimum and maximum value for your graph.
If left blank, the platform will calculate them automatically based on your data.
You can also add the unit name that your values represent, such as pesos, opportunities, or hours.
This adds clarity to the visualization and helps your team better understand the data.
How to view graphs from the dashboard
Each member can view the graphs assigned to them from their own Graph Dashboard, where they’ll find a summary of all relevant indicators linked to their role.
In addition, you can display multiple graphs at the same time. To do this, click on the three-dot icon at the top-right corner of any graph and select "Select more graphs" from the dropdown menu.
A new window will appear where you can search and choose additional graphs that have been assigned to you. Check the ones you want to see and click "Update" to display them on the dashboard.
